Jorge & Mateus is a musical duet and one of the most famous interpreters of sertaneja music.

Jorge studied Law and Matheus Agronomy. Each of them began to sing sertanejas songs individually, and their careers met in 2005. They began to appear in bars and houses of show in the regions goianas. In 2007, they released their first album called "Jorge & Mateus - Ao vivo em Goiânia".
