Felipe Araújo

Felipe Araújo is a Brazilian singer and songwriter of sertaneja music. Felipe was of a sertaneja pair João Pedro & Felipe. With the death of brother Cristiano Araújo, Felipe answered his father's request and decided to pursue a solo career.

In his adolescence, Felipe Araújo came to put together a rock band, coming from a family of sertanejos musicians. At age 15, the boy began to sing professionally, adopting the sertanejo style that prevails until today. In 2012, he formed the duo João Pedro & Felipe, who had the most prominent song "Arrocha com Tequila". The duo made shows in several states, but came to an end in 2015 after 3 years. In December of 2015, the singer released his first solo album, titled Com Você, that counted on the song of the same name, composed by Felipe in homage to the brother. The album had the participation of the singer Marília Mendonça. In September 2017, Felipe released the single "Amor da Sua Cama", which featured actors Felipe Titto and Carol Nakamura. The song entered the Billboard TOP 10, coming in third.
