Edward Christopher 'Ed' Sheeran is a famous English singer and songwriter. He is also an occasional rapper and singer. His popularity increased especially after his first album '+' was released & when he made a guest appearance on Taylor Swift's fourth studio album 'Red.' His music offers dynamic genres that can be enjoyed by any ages, from folk to rock.
Ed Sheeran began music recording in 2004 & released his first independent work 'Spinning Man.’ His debut album ‘+’(plus) was released in 2011 & sold 791,000 copies in the UK Sheeran released two albums: one named after himself in 2006, and another one named 'Want Some?' in 2007, performing at small venues and later collaborating with Leddra Chapman. He went to Los Angeles in 2010 for a poetry night. Jamie Foxx, the famous American actor and comedian, was impressed by him & let Sheeran use his recording studio. Sheeran released another Extended Play 'No. 5 Collaborations Project' in January 2011. It starred rappers such as James Davlin and Richard Cowie. It received mixed reviews from critics but was popular with the listeners. In April 2011, he made an appearance in the TV music show 'Later… with Jools Holland' to perform his debut single, 'The A Team.' He released his second album 'x' (multiply) on 23 June 2014. It peaked at number one not only in the UK Albums Chart but in the US Billboard 200 as well. His third album ‘÷’ (divide) was released in 2017.

(Not) Real Emo
@TikTok Music"Real Emo" only consists of the dc Emotional Hardcore scene and the late 90's Screamo scene. What is known by "Midwest Emo" is nothing but Alternative Rock with questionable real emo influence. When people try to argue that bands like My Chemical Romance are not real emo, while saying that Sunny Day Real Estate is, I can't help not to cringe because they are just as fake emo as My Chemical Romance (plus the pretentiousness). Real emo sounds ENERGETIC, POWERFUL and somewhat HATEFUL. Fake emo is weak, self pity and a failed attempt to direct energy and emotion into music. Some examples of REAL EMO are Pg 99, Rites of Spring, Cap n Jazz (the only real emo band from the midwest scene) and Loma Prieta. Some examples of FAKE EMO are American Football, My Chemical Romance and Mineral EMO BELONGS TO HARDCORE NOT TO INDIE, POP PUNK, ALT ROCK OR ANY OTHER MAINSTREAM GENRE
