The duo then signed on with the label Disruptor Records in 2015. They have since released the song 'Kanye' and the single 'Let You Go.' The duo's first album, 'Memories…Do Not Open' went to number one in 2017. In 2019, The Chainsmokers released the song 'Who Do You Love', a collaboration with the band 5 Seconds of Summer. At the end of 2019 they announced that they were producing the TV drama series 'Demo' which focuses on a musician who moves to Los Angeles to write pop songs.
