William Sami Etienne Grigahcine, popularly known as DJ Snake, is a French rapper and DJ who has received worldwide acclaim for his composition and production talents by receiving two Grammy Award nominations. DJ Snake collaborated with Lady Gaga for the first time to write, record and release her Grammy Award nominee song, 'Born This Way.' He started as a DJ when he was only a teenager, playing at nightclubs and discotheques in Paris. After a few more years of joining forces with the likes of Lady Gaga, Diplo, and Lil John, he received global recognition, producing and launching many hit singles. DJ Snake's bold efforts to dominate the worlds of 'Trap,' 'Rap' and 'Electronic Dance Music' were highly recognized by Grammy, Billboard and MTV Video Music Award honors.

DJ Snake had his first big career break when he got in touch with Lady Gaga's on-the-road DJ, Paul Blair. The latter selected five of Snake's twenty original songs written for Blair, which he later integrated with 'Government Hooker,' a track from Lady Gaga's album, 'Born This Way.' DJ Snake worked with Lil Jon on the track 'Turn Down for What' released and distributed by Columbia Records in 2013. The album made it into the top ten of Billboard's electronic dance music chart in the same year. Snake's second song, 'Speak,' came out in 2016 followed by the release of the track's video clip in the next month. He released his first studio album 'Encore' in August 2016 containing the songs 'Chat' and 'Front.' Justin Beiber was also included in 'Let Me Love You,' the 3rd track of 'Encore.'
