Swedish DJ and producer Eric Prydz releases singles and EPs under a broad range of project names, including Pryda, Cirez D, Sheridan, Dirty Funker, Moo, A and P Project, Axer, Hard form, Dukes of Sluca, and Groove System to name a few. Most of these singles are released on his labels, including Mouseville, Pryda, and Pryda Friends. However, under his tag, Prydz favors a simple, club-oriented house with a line in remakes of softly cheesy pop songs from the 1980s.
Eric Prydz's first release was 2004's 'Call on Me,' a sensation in Europe. The artist continued to issue singles on Pryda for the next few years. In 2015 he published 'Opus,' a nine-minute building track that became a hit, and then made news when Four Tet asked to remix it. The remix became the title track to his debut studio album, which came out in 2016. It's on the triple-disc Eric Pry DZ Presents Pryda. The album features new material and past material edited and mixed by Prydz.
