Bas Tere Karke

Amar Sandhu is an American born Punjabi singer, songwriter, music composer, and producer. Sandhu is best known for his unique Punjabi/English fusion sound. Born and brought up in Texas, Sandhu started his career by creating remixes of popular Punjabi songs which quickly led to him becoming a DJ. He was also a percussionist, playing instruments such as the dhol, dholki, and tabla and which led him to be noticed by Houston's popular Dhol Beat International. Sandhu Sandhu made his debut in 2011 with the song, ‘Ni Udaleh’ made in collaboration with Dhol Beat International. His first album, New Era dropped in 2015, and the track, ‘Rooftop Party’, has gone on to become a huge success worldwide accumulating over 11 million views on YouTube. More recently, Sandhu released his new EP, ‘Long Weekends’ in August 2020. The album features prominent artists like DJ UpsideDown, DJ Harpz, and DJ Lyan among others.
