Kamal Khan

Kamal Khan is an Indian playback singer. Khan shot to fame when he won the reality singing competition, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar in 2010. Khan started learning music very early on, at age five from his mother, who also became his musical mentor. After winning the show, Khan was offered his debut playback song, ‘Wallah Re Wallah’ from the movie, Tees Maar Khan. Subsequently, composer duo Vishal-Shekhar gave him his big break with the hit song, ‘Ishq Sufiana’ for the movie The Dirty Picture. He also won the award for Fresh Singing Talent at the Zee Cine Awards in 2012 for the same.
