Following the success of JLS and Wanted, the One Direction contestants of X-Factor became the next group of heartthrobs to help revive the concept of a boy band. The band has been on hiatus since 2015. As of 2020, the band released ‘10 years of One Direction’ website where remastered 4K versions of their past music videos and a concert videos were released daily in July 2020.
