Racionais MC's is a Brazilian rap group, founded in 1988, and formed by mcs Mano Brown, Edi Rock and Ice Blue and DJ KL Jay. It is the largest rap group in Brazil and is among the most influential bands in the country.
In 2012, the group released the song "Mil Faces de um Homem Leal", composed for the documentary about the life of the guerrilla Carlos Marighella. Also that year, they participated in MTV Video Music Brasil, having done the closing show of the event. Celebrating 25 years of his career, the group toured several cities in Brazil. The tour was produced by the group's official producer, Boogie Naipe, and was awarded the best of the year by the SuperJúri of the 2014 Multishow Prize. The group announced on October 23, 2014 the release of a new studio album for the day of December 20, 2014.
