Mitski Miyawaki, or Mitski for short, did brave herself to release her first self-produced album ever Lush while she's still studying music in 2012. After a year signing with Dead Oceans in 2015, she began to receive many good critics for her LP Puberty 2. Her song "Your Best American Girl" from the LP then debut in Billboard Top 20 They released on Dead Oceans to further Be the Cowboy (2018)acclaim.
