Gurpreet Singh, aka Ranjit Bawa, is a Punjabi artist and performer most certainly known for the single "Jatt Di Akal" that broke many record deals after it was released. Since his early teens, Ranjit Bawa has been associated with music, singing songs at his school & partaking in various talent contests.

Ranjit Bawa made his debut in the music industry with his single ‘Jatt Di Akal’ in 2013. His debut album Mitti Da Bawa was awarded the 'Best World Album' by the Brit Asia Awards in 2015. Ranjit Bawa has also ventured into acting with his film debut, playing the lead role in Toofan Singh - 2017.
