Chinmayi Sripada is an Indian playback singer, primarily in the South Indian film industry. She's also a voice actress, a TV host, a radio jockey & the founder of the Translation Services Firm, Blue Elephant. She often credited as Chinmayee / Indai Hazaa as well. Chinmayi rose to fame for her critically acclaimed song 'Oru Deivam Thantha Poovae' from the National Award-winning film Kannathil Muthamittal.
Chinmayi made her Bollywood debut in Mangal Pandey: The Rising with the song 'Holi Re' and has sung over 1,000 songs in eight different languages. She is a member of the All India Radio singing group, Sun TV, Saptasawarangal. She turned into a voice actor for the Tamil film Sillunu Oru Kadhal in 2006 and has dubbed for several lead actresses including Tamannaah Bhatia, Sameera Reddy, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Trisha Krishnan. Chinmayi has also served as a television presenter during the first season of Airtel Super Singer on STAR Vijay & returned as host of the second season of the show as well, in 2008. In 2011, she became the first-ever woman entrepreneur from Tamil Nadu to be selected for the prestigious FORTUNE/US State Department Global Women's Mentoring Partnership Program.
