Axwell, Angello, and Ingrosso's breakout performance as Swedish House Mafia came on August 12, 2008, when they played the Main Room at Cream Amnesia in Ibiza, Spain as part of Radio 1's Essential Mix Ibiza. The group initially teamed up in the mid-2000s, when they toured together as DJs and collaborated from time to time on one another's productions.
Several years after the breakthrough performance of Swidish House, the trio signed with EMI, a recording deal and made their commercial production debut with the 2010 hit 'One,' also known as 'One (Your Name),' the latter version featuring Neptune's Pharrell Williams on vocals. Two years later the group members announced they were splitting up and returning to their solo careers, but only after a farewell tour and the release of their second album 'Until Now' in 2012 which was highly successful & certified platinum in Sweden. Their final performance was at Ultra Miami in 2013. For the next five years Angello worked solo, while Axwell and Ingrosso performed as a duo. On March 25, 2018, the group reunited with a surprise closing set at the 20th anniversary of Ultra Music Festival.
