Jay Sean emerged in the American Pop music scene a decade ago with his Billboard Hot 100 #1 single 'Down' & returned with his new single ‘With You’ featuring Gucci Mane and Asian Doll. Jay Sean was a hip-hop kid with a knack for diverse singing and songwriting. By 2008, he was delivering international hits like ‘Ride It’ and ‘Maybe.’ He inked a serendipitous deal with Cash Money Records that brought him full-fledged into the American mainstream. He took his interests overseas after his 2013 final Cash Money release Neon, securing an international deal. 'I want to go wherever I want to take my music,' he says.
Jay Sean debuted in the UK's Asian Underground scene as a member of the Rishi Rich Project with 'Dance with You.' which reached No. 12 on the UK Singles Chart in 2003. His critically acclaimed debut album Me Against Myself which, though only moderately successful in the UK, sold more than two million copies across Asia and remains his most successful album to date. In 2009, Sean was ranked No. 35 in Billboard's Hot 100 Artists of 2009. In 2018, Sean released 2 songs: 'Emergency' and 'Say Something.'
