Best Poppy

Poppy Yusfidawaty, better known as Poppy Mercury, was an Indonesian rock female singer who's popular with her single "Antara Jakarta dan Penang" in the 1990s. The Mercury name has been inspired by the legend rockstar and Queen's frontman Freddie Mercury.

Poppy began her career in the early 1980s and has made seven studio albums. She became a mainstream female singer in 1995 following the success of the single "Badai Asmara" who won BASF Awards in the same year.
