Plain White T's career came as emo-tinged pop-punkers, but it was a ballad that gave them stardom. 'Hey There Delilah' turned into a hit in 2007, rocketing to the top of Billboard's charts and establishing the band as a melodic mainstream band, but their early records and subsequent albums revealed how Plain White T spent as much time playing highly charged punk-influenced rock as they did anthemic ballads.
Plain White T's were formed in 1997 in Lombard, Illinois. Their first album, All That We Needed, featured the song 'Hey There Delilah.' Their second album, Every Second Counts, was their major-label debut for Hollywood Records. The group has since released three more albums and a video for 'Rhythm of Love.' They've been signed to Fearless Records and Megaforce, and have a new deal with Fearless for 2018's 'Paradigm Universe.' Plain White T't's, the band's latest album, 'Parallel Universe,' is out on Fearless Recordings. The band has been on the road since 2010, playing shows around the country and Europe since 2012.
