Gavin Mikhail is an American composer, pianist, and singer-songwriter.

Mikhail was born in West Lafayetter, Indiana. To pursue music, he moves to Nashville. During 1997-2001, he is working as a songwriter. In early 2002, he debuted his solo career with an album "My Personal Beauty Needs". Mikhail's name started to rose in 2008 after fetaured as an "Internet Sensation" by Billboard. In 2011, Mikhail compose for original piano soundtrack for the bestselling novel "Between Shades of Gray" which released in 2011.
