Kajal Maheriya

A self-trained singer of Gujarati origin, Kajal Maheriya is best known for her Gujarati folk songs. Born and brought up in Gujarat, Maheriya started singing at the age of 13. Since her debut album, ‘Joganimaano Utsav’ in 2004, she’s done more than 200 live shows and has released over 10 albums. Maheriya is very popular for her rendition of religious hymns, wedding songs, folk songs and her ras Garba performances.
