Preta Maria Gadelha Gil Moreira (born August 8, 1974), known as Preta Gil, is a Brazilian singer and actress. She is the daughter of Gilberto Gil, a famous musician and former Minister of Culture in Brazil.
Life & Career
Preta Gil celebrated 10 years of career with the recording of the DVD / Blu-ray "Bloco da Preta", in Cintou with the participation of Lulu Santos, Ivete Sangalo, Anitta, Israel Novaes and Thiaguinho. Its block of streets in Cidade Maravilhosa, the "Bloco da Preta", is the third largest in Rio de Janeiro and has managed to concentrate up to 2.5 million people on the streets. (From Wikipedia)
