Lizzo is the founder of the Chalice, Grrrl Prty, The Clerb, Ellypseas, and Absynthe hip hop groups. She made her debut with the album Lizzobangers released in 2012. Lizzo signed with Atlantic Records in 2015, her single Juice hit hard and became successful. In 2019, she earned mainstream success with the release of her third studio album, Cuz I Love You, which debuted at number six on Billboard 200. The album spawned two singles—Juice and Tempo—while the deluxe edition of the album included her 2017 track, Truth Hurts which became a viral sleeper hit to the top five of the Billboard Hot 100.
