Shreya Ghosal

Shreya Ghoshal is an Indian playback singer. She won the television singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa at the age of 16 & made her Bollywood debut in 2002 with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's romantic drama Devdas. She has been honoured by the United States state of Ohio, where Gov. Ted Strickland declared 26 June 2010 as Shreya Ghoshal Day.

Shreya Ghoshal has recorded songs in numerous Indian languages for film music and records, and has developed herself as a leading Indian cinema playback singer. She was honored in London in April 2013 by selected members of the United Kingdom's House of Commons. Ghoshal was the first Indian singer in Madame Tussauds Museum to get her wax figurine.
