Sammie

Contemporary R&B artist Sammie gained mainstream success in 1999 as a pre-teen, disappeared just as quickly from the industry as he had entered, returned a few years later, and left again, only to resurface in the 2010s. Sammie Leigh Bush, Jr. was introduced to music before he was even born; his mother, a former professional singer, sang as she was carrying him in the church choir.

From his debut album, From the Bottom to the Top (2000), Sammie is best known for his 1999 hit single, 'I Like It'. He returned in 2006 with Sammie, his second studio and self-titled album. He has since released several EPs, mixtapes, and songs, including Indigo, Everlasting, and Coming of Age. Sammie revealed that after the completion of The Millennium Tour 2020, he will be releasing a new album in 2020.
