Rockbox

Run-DMC was an American hip hop group from New York. The Group known as an influential figure for shaping Hip-hop culture. They are regarded as one of the greatest musical artist of all time by Rolling Stone magazine.

Run-DMC was founded in 1981 by Joseph Simmons, Darryl McDaniels, and Jason Mizell. Joseph Simmons signed with Profile Records and released their debut single "It's Like That/Sucker MCs", in late-1983. Mizell was shot and killed at his recording studio in Queens on October 30, 2002. Run-DMC received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
