Munawar Iqbal Faruqui is an Indian rapper and stand-up comedian, known for his politically-themed humor. In 2022, he emerged as the winner of Kangana Ranaut's reality TV show Lock Upp Season 1. Hailing from Junagadh, Gujarat, he began his comedy journey in 2017 with the rise of OTT platforms.
Life & Career
In April 2020, Munawar Iqbal Faruqui gained initial stardom with his stand-up comedy video 'Dawood, Yamraaj & Aurat.' He further showcased his talent by releasing his debut song 'Jawab' with Indian musician Spectra in August 2020. In February 2021, he captivated audiences once again with his stand-up comedy video 'Ghost Story'.
