Igor Kuwahara, known artistically as Mc Igu, is a Brazilian rapper with Japanese roots. Igu mixes different styles and influences, bringing a totally unique sensation to the trap that has become popular in Brazil.

Mc Igu, or Igor Kuwahara, was born in a Japanese province called Yamanashi, and came to live in Brazil, in the city of Itapetininga, in São Paulo. He began singing funk, something that justifies having "Mc" in his stage name, very different from so many Lil 's and Young's around the world. He is part of the Recayd Mob collective, along with other giant national trap artists such as Derek, Klyn, Jê Santiago and Dfideliz.
