Four Year Strong is an American easycore band from Worcester, Massachusetts, formed in 2001.The group consists of vocalists and guitarists Dan O'Connor and Alan Day, bassist Joe Weiss, and drummer Jake Massucco.They have released five studio albums; their recent self-titled album was released on June 2, 2015, through Pure Noise Records.

Four Year Strong was formed in 2001 and released an EP "All the Lonely Girls". The band continue release EPs until they signed Decaydance Records in 2008. Their single "Rise or Die Trying peaked at number 31 Billboard chart in its debut. Then they continue release another albums until six albums. The last album is self-titled album that released through Pure Noise Records.
