Fariz Rm Dan Dmas

Fariz Rustam Munaf known as Fariz RM is an Indonesian singer and musician. Beginning his career in 1977, he has released 19 solo albums and three with other artists.

His musical career began at the age of 12, while friends with Debby Nasution and Odink Nasution, forming "Young Gipsy" which performed blues and rock music. In 1983 , Fariz joined Iwan Madjid and Darwin B Rachman formed a Wow group. In October, Fariz RM & Dian Permana Putra launched a new work on the new album, Fariz RM & Dian Permana Putra in Collaboration. He is best known for his songs "Barcelona" and "Sakura" (Cherry Blossom). Three of his solo songs were listed in Rolling Stone Indonesia's 2009 list "The 150 Best Indonesian Songs of All Time", with another of his compositions also listed.
