Francissca Peter (born 6 September 1961), also known as Fran, is a Malaysian singer-songwriter. She has had over twenty Number 1 hits in the Malaysian music charts and was awarded "Best Female Vocalist" for five consecutive years in the mid-1980s.She has over 30 albums to her name.She has been The Ambassador to The International Aid Organisation World Vision in Malaysia since 2004. She is also known for her work as an actress, vocal stylist, vocal coach and has judged numerous singing, dance and songwriting competitions, done several motivational workshops and workshops on artist management and vocals.Fran is also known as The Fund raising Queen, having done many fundraising events.
