Lokesh Kumar, better known as Star Boy LOC is an Indian singer, rapper, composer and lyricist associated with the Punjabi music industry. He made his debut with the song, ‘Shopping’ in 2015 and hasn't looked back since. LOC came into the limelight with the song ‘Chandigarh Police’ with Pretty Bhullar which has garnered over 7 Million hits on Youtube.
