Tchakabum is a Brazilian musical group founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1998, being originally formed by the brothers Marcelo and Nem Menezes as vocalists and by the dancer Gracyanne Barbosa.
Life & Career
In 1998 the carioca brothers Marcelo and Nem Menezes decided to create a band that mixed pagoda from Bahia and Axé, packed by the success of the Bahia groups of these rhythms, inviting the dancer Gracyanne Barbosa to be part and naming the project as Tchakabum.
