Bio

Sia Kate Isobelle Furler is an accomplished Australian singer- songwriter, record producer and music video director. She made her musical debut in her hometown in the mid-90s with the local Adelaide acid jazz band 'Crisp.' Her third album 'Color the Small One' found recognition after which she moved her base to New York, USA. Sia retired as a recording artist after releasing two more albums including 'We Are Born' and 'Some People Have Real Problems' and delved into composing songs for others. With songs such as 'Chandelier' and 'Cheap Thrills' propelling her to pop chart fame, Sia has taken to wearing a wig that hides her face, choosing to live in the spotlight anonymously.

Life & Career

In 2000, Sia released her debut single, 'Taken for Granted.' Sia's fourth studio album debuted at # 26 on the US Billboard 200 and marked her first album to achieve such a feat in the US & was also named by iTunes as the 2008 Top Pop Album. 'Some people have real problems' also reached # 41 and got gold certification. Her first album compilation 'TV Is My Parent' was released in 2009, comprising four music videos, performances of a 2007 live concert performed in New York City, and she received the 'ARIA Music Award' for Best Music Video. Sia joined forces with Diplo and Labrinth to form the LSD supergroup. In 2019, the group released five singles & Sia came back with a full-length album.
