Phill Veras is from São Luis do Maranhão. Self-taught and disciplined, since his 14 years he has not stopped composing and creating his melodies. It was not he who entered the music, it was the music that entered him.

Like all of its generation, its influences are clear, and let's not talk about them and the critical and worn repetition that we live today, in the attempt to frame references. And he's only 21 years old. His "relax" and unpretentious way is part of the Bohemian style of Maranhão. And his songs depart from this sky, even to say things a little dense.
