Caralisa Monteiro

Caralisa Monteiro is an Indian singer known for advertising jingles and bollywood songs. Her father was an opera singer and so, she was exposed to music at a very young age.

Caralisa began working with Loy Mendonsa and Ehsaan Noorani of Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy and has sung in over 7000 jingles. Her first break with Bollywood came when Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy invited her to sing the chorus of the song 'Jaane Kyon' from the cult film Dil Chahta Hai in 2001.
