Ashton Simmonds (born April 5, 1995), better known by his stage name Daniel Caesar, is a Canadian singer and songwriter.
Life & Career
Daniel Caesar began his singing career by released his independent EPs "Praise Break" (2014) and "Pilgrim's Paradise" (2015). Both EPs placed in the "20 Best R&B Albums of 2014" by Rolling Stone magazine. His breakthrough is with the single "Get You". In 2017, Daniel Caesar released his debut album "Freudian" which include his collaboration song "Best Part" with singer H.E.R. Through this album, Daniel Caesar nominated for Grammy Awards and win Best R&B Performance for the single "Best Part".
