Mickey J. Meyer

Mickey J Meyer is an Indian music composer and singer known for his works primarily in Telugu Cinema, and a few Kannada films that are mostly remakes of his Telugu projects. An alumnus of the Trinity College of Music in London, his light music is regarded as a fusion of traditional Indian music and Western instrumentation.

Following the breakthrough album from the movie Pothe Poni, Meyer composed the score and songs for the Telugu films 10th Class'Note Book'Hare Ram and Kotha Bangaru Lokam which slowly established him in the Telugu film industry. His work for the title track of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu was widely appreciated by critics as well as the audience. His work in both Chakkili Gintha and Mukunda, especially his background music got critical acclaim. In 2012, Mickey bagged the most prestigious multi starer movie ever made in the Telugu film industry, Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. He has composed the music for movies such as Shatamanam Bhavati - 2017, Nag Srinivasa Kalyanam - 2018, Oh Baby and Iddari Lokam Okate in 2019.
