Gabriel Diniz

José Gabriel de Souza Diniz (18 October 1990 – 27 May 2019), better known as Gabriel Diniz, was a Brazilian singer-songwriter.

As a teenager, Gabriel met with school friends and created a "garage band", becoming a sensation among the youth of João Pessoa / PB. He was invited to be the lead singer of a band. Shortly afterwards, reconciling his studies at the University of Engineering with music, Gabriel Diniz was invited to an even bigger project than what he was performing: Change city, leave Paraíba and go to Recife to assume the responsibility of being at the forefront of a renowned band and with great public following. It was in Capim com Mel that Gabriel Diniz gained notoriety and became known throughout the Northeast. Currently Gabriel Diniz is a Brazilian singer known in the "Forrónejo", in 2019 he reached the top of the Spotify Brasil parade with the single "Jenifer", one of the bets for the success of the Carnival of 2019.
