UM44K

Um44k is a Brazilian musical duo formed by Saulo Poncio and Luan Otten. They released the first EP in August of 2017, titled "UM44K Acústico". In January 2019, the first CD of the duo was released, called "Tudo que Sonhamos".

In 2015, Saulo Poncio and Luan Otten met through a childhood friend and in 2016 created a channel on YouTube, in which they began to publish videos. They called him the Um44k, whose members claim to represent the biblical passage from Revelation 7: 2-4, which tells how 144,000 people of the pure soul were saved by God before the destruction. In short time of career, the pair became a success in the internet and began to compose for other artists, like Ludmilla, Iza and Nego of Borel. In January of 2017, due to the high repercussion of the videos in the internet, the pair signed contract with Warner Music. In April, they released the single "4 Da Manhã", which quickly became one of the most played in the country and won platinum for the 80,000 copies sold.
