Manuel Turizo

Manuel Turizo Zapata, better known as Manuel Turizo and by the acronym MTZ, is a Colombian reggaeton singer. Born and raised in Montería, he began making music at age thirteen. He rose to popularity with his single "Una Lady Como Tú" (2016). He released his debut album ADN on August 23, 2019. Turizo's music contains influences from pop music, trap, and vallenato and his vocal range has been classified as baritone.

In November 2015 he wrote with his brother Julián the song "Una Lady Como Tú" and on March 16, 2017, the official video clip of the song “Una Lady Como Tú” premiered on its YouTube channel. In October he collaborated with the Colombian group Piso 21 on the song called " Let her come back ".At the end of 2017 he participates in the song "Let yourself be carried away" by Juan Magan. In 2018, he appears in La Reina del Flow , as one of the guest artists, also doing the intro of the soap opera with the song " I want to be a singer" , authored by Nicky Jam .In July he published the song "Guilty". In 2019, the year begins collaborating with Jowell & Randy in "Dile La Verdad" , then joining Zion & Lennox and Farruko in the remix of the song "Pa 'Olvidarte" by the Colombian band ChocQuibTown.Also in April he participates with Farruko for his new album Gangalee in the single "Resort" , also joins the Panamanian singer Sech in the song "Got Boyfriend" belonging to his album Dreams and also adds Yandel and Sebastian Yatra in the song "In Zero" . By the end of May he participates in Reik's song "Hallelujah" from his album "Now" and in the song "Impulsive" along with Justin Quiles in his album "Reality".
