Dycal Siahaan, or Dycal, began his career by joining a rapper group called RIP (Rap in Power). He is inspired by Chris Brown, Ne Yo, and others. He then went solo and released his own songs, such as "GGS - Ganteng-Ganteng Swag" and "PHP".
