Yandel

Yandel is part of the powerhouse reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel. Born Llandel Veguilla Malavé in Cayey, Puerto Rico, he and Wisin began to perform as a duo in the late ' 90s. In 2005, Pa'l Mundo catapulted them to mainstream success. In 2007, he released Wisin vs. Yandel: Los Extraterrestres, which reached the top spot in the U.S. Latin Albums chart and sold over a million copies.

Yandel's sophomore set, De Líder a Leyenda, was placed number one on the Latin Albums and Latin Rhythms charts. A single from this album was used as the theme song for Univision's Nuestra Belleza Latina beauty pageant. In 2017 he returned with his fourth studio album, #Update, featuring the single 'Mi Religión.’ Quién Contra Mi 2 was the long-awaited sequel to Yandel's 2004 similarly titled debut album which was released in the summer of 2020. Its 22 songs included collaborations with J Balvin, Ozuna, Anuel AA, Natti Natasha, and Nicky Jam.
