Bio

When Glee premiered its first episode in May 2009, its version of Journey's, 'Don't Stop Believing' landed in the top five hits of the Billboard Music Charts. Performed by the castmates themselves during the pilot, the song ultimately sold over 700,000 copies. It paved the way for Glee's popularity, not just as a TV show, but also as a chart-topping recording entity. Columbia Records became the show's official music partner in 2009. The first two Glee albums went gold and platinum. The show's soundtrack, The Power of Madonna, debuted at number one & was the first of three Glee releases to do so, as the series wrapped up its first season in the summer of 2010.
