Dido Armstrong is the former backing singer (with the band Faithless of her brother Rollo) who came from the shadows to make two of the best selling albums in the history of British charting. Dido was swept away by her titanic success. Released in 1998, the success of No Angel was slow to ignite, rise and grew to a point that it finally became the best selling album of 2001.

Dido started recording 10 demo tracks in 1995, which were bundled together on an album entitled ‘Odds & Ends’ and sent out by the management at Nettwerk. For her debut album No Angel (1999), Dido gained commercial success. It sold more than 21 million units globally and won numerous awards. Her second release, Life for Rent (2003), expanded her success with the hit songs ‘White Flag’ and ‘Life for Rent.’She signed with BMG in early 2019 to announce her fifth album. Dido collaborated with her partner and lifelong collaborator Rollo Armstrong. In 2018, along with a cover, Dido revealed the title of her forthcoming album, Forever on My Mind.’
