Bio

Jarad Higgins, known by Juice WRLD shot to fame with his songs like ‘All Girls Are the Same’ and ‘Lucid Dreams.’ He started rapping in high school & initially released his music tracks on Soundcloud. His debut mixtape, '999,' was a big success & his song 'No Bystanders' reached the number 31 spot on the 'Billboard Hot 100.' Juice WRLD’s first studio album, 'Goodbye & Good Riddance' was released by Juice in 2011 & he signed with the 'Internet Money' collective in the early stages of his career. He used the name 'Juice WRLD' to give his music a global appeal. He died in mysterious circumstances on December 8, 2019, at Chicago’s Midway International Airport.

Life & Career

Juice WRLD developed interest in rock and pop music after listening to bands such as 'Black Sabbath,' 'Blink 182,' and 'Panic at the Disco.' In 2015, Juice WRLD released his first track, 'Forever,' on 'Soundcloud.' It was a tribute to late American rapper Tupac Shakur. Juice felt that 'WRLD' represented taking over the world. He joined the internet collective 'Internet Money' in 2017 & went on to release his full-length EP, '999' which had more than 2.5 million plays. His song 'Lucid Dreams' debuted at number 74, on the 'Billboard Hot 100.' In 2018, Juice released his first studio album, 'Goodbye & Good Riddance' & later the same year, released a two-song EP 'Too Soon.' It was dedicated to the late rappers Lil Peep, and XXXTentacion. His single 'Wasted' debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 67.
