Ronald Ray Bryant, a smooth rapper who goes by Baby Bash can't recall where he got the "Bash" moniker but his alternate name, Baby Beesh, comes from the fact he used to drive around in a Mitsubishi. Listening to everything from E-40 to Tom Petty to Steel Pulse, Baby Bash released the funky smooth single 'Suga Suga,' a massive hit in Texas which led Universal rush to sign the artist & put him in the spotlight.
Baby Bash's first album 'Savage Dreams', was followed by On Tha Cool; and Tha Smokin' Nephew, which included the singles 'Suga Suga' and 'Shorty DooWop'. In 2005, Baby Bash released Super Saucy; it's lead single being 'Baby, I'm Back', a collaboration with singer Akon. Cyclone followed in 2007, landing on the Billboard charts as well. He has collaborated with numerous other artists during his career, like West Coast rappers B-Legit, C-Bo, Coolio- Da'unda'dogg, E-40 and Mac Dre, R&B singers like Akon, and other Latino rappers such as Fat Joe, Nino Brown and Pitbull.
