Aphex Twin

Richard D. James, best known as Aphex Twin is one of the most celebrated and influential electronic musicians of all time. Since the release of his earliest EPs in 1991, Aphex Twin has constantly pushed the limits of what can be accomplished with electronic equipment.

Aphex Twin made his full-length debut with Selected Ambient Works 85-92. Hangable Auto Bulb was Aphex Twin's most brutal, uncompromising release. His piano piece 'Avril 14th' was also sampled by Kanye West. The artist has not released new music since 2005. Although, Aphex Twin released an EP, Collapse, in 2018. The EP was released in a covert press release written in broken English and visually distorted with the same Aphex Twin 3D graphics used in London, Turin and Hollywood. It was made available online instead, and the 'T69 Collapse' video was posted to YouTube.
